Following on from the recent decision not to prosecute the Police Officer responsible for the assault on Ian Tomlinson after which he died a clear message has been sent to armed police. You can assault and cause death without reproach and without accountability.

This guy is walking with his back turned to the police and with his hands in his pockets. He is assaulted and later dies, what the hell else do they need to know.

This case isn't about whether Tomlinson was a nice guy, this is about whether a sovereign individual can be assaulted by the police without being afforded the protection of the law.

The evidence does not prove that the blows from the police killed him, but they clearly show a viscious assault and you can bet your life if that wasn't a police officer they would be slammed up convicted of murder by now. Can you imagine someone turning up dead in the street and there being video evidence of them being assaulted by somebody just moments earlier and there not even being a trial? This authorities in this country have become so disgusting I feel like vomitting.

This is clearly a deliberate ruling. We are being sent another clear message, "If you want to protest against the government or gather in any meaningful way in peaceful protest then you are a legitimate target to be assaulted and killed if need be with no accountability to your murderer". The saddest thing is that so many of the brain dead public think this is okay, that everyone should stay at home and get shafted by the government and not speak up or protest against it. These sheep are marching headlong into a fascist state and think the protesters not the government are the problem.

These tabloid brained idiots are so amazingly stupid its almost funny, however it ceases to cause amusement when torture and death are involved. This type of fascist monopoly of violence has only one direction - evil. I wonder how these people will feel when they are being beaten at the road side after being stopped for speeding, or when their wives are raped in a police cell after being arrested on suspicion of not having the correct ID. I wonder if they'll still be too proud to accept they were on the wrong side?

Most people who think this of course are main stream media zombies, they have no idea what the protests are about, they have no idea what fascism is about, they have no idea what their country has turned into. They glory in their own festering stupidity. Welcome to the corporate fascist European state of Britain.

There is only one instance in which any sort of potentially lethal violence could be justified by an officer of the law and that is when under threat of violence so great as to believe their own life would be endangered. If Tomlinson was wielding an axe and running at them screaming "Die Pigs", then I would support them in use of force. In this incident the man was doing nothing at all, there was no physical threat to any of the officers whatsoever.
